Yes, you can sell your NFT-L at any given time. However, we highly recommend to keep your NFT-L as a certificate of originality for the connected physical item.

We ship from Germany. So depending on the country of destination and method of transportation (airplane or container ship) transit may take 40+ working days.

International shipping, in contrast to national shipping, has a much higher rate of error since there is usually more than one shipping company involved. Tracking information are often not updated immediately and it is thus difficult to locate the package. Furthermore, packages need to pass customs which can delay the arrival of your parcel even further.

We always strive to provide the fastest and safest shipment options, but sometimes packages do get lost or arrive in a bad condition. In these cases please contact our shipping support (shipping@nftlink.digital or open a support ticket on our Discord) and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

Generally, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods which are, according to their nature, inseparably connected to other physical or digital items/ assets (this includes all items connected to an NFT-L).
